We use project and programme management techniques and tools such as Prince 2 or Microsoft Project to help drive the change programme. 

We smoothly and successfully deliver complex, national, regional, local, transformation, and major change programmes by assessing, mitigating, controlling and managing risks, monitoring and reporting on milestone targets.
