The coaching skills course provides you with the theories, principles, processes and practice of coaching for short duration during conversations, or during scheduled conversations at meetings, 1-2-1s, appraisals / performance reviews, performance management meetings, or coaching sessions.
Course Aim
The two-day interactive course will enable the participant to develop context, concepts, principles and techniques of coaching at work in order to maintain and improve performance of individuals, peers, and teams.
