The coaching skills course provides you with the theories, principles, processes and practice of coaching for short durations during conversations, or during scheduled conversations at meetings, 1-2-1, appraisal, performance management meetings, or coaching sessions.
The two-day interactive course will enable the participant to develop context, concepts, principles and techniques of coaching at work in order to maintain and improve performance of individuals, peers, and teams.

Training Methods The training course takes a blended learning approach and the training methods reflect all four learning styles: Reflector, Pragmatist, Theorist and Activist. There will be interactive learning exercises, presentations, scenarios, questionnaires, individual and group-work, facilitation, and discussions.
