Coaching model

We use GROW, COACH, and other coaching models in our coaching with individuals and teams, which enables each individual and team to identify solutions and improve performance.

Where appropriate we coach with personal and team assessment using assessment tools such as 360-degree, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), DiSC, MBTI, PPA, OPQ, Belbin, Learning Styles, FIRO B, etc. or other appropriate principles into the coaching process.
