Coaching Individuals and Teams at Work Training

Coaching is generally agreed as an incredibly useful intervention in sustaining and developing the performance of individuals.

The participant on the training course will develop coaching skills and use the GROW and other models to practise coaching individuals. 

Course Aim

Two-day practical course will enable the participant to develop context, concepts, principles and techniques of coaching at work in order to maintain and improve performance of individuals, groups and teams.

Course Objectives

At the end of the one-day training, the participant will be able to:

  • Define the concepts of coaching in the workplace
  • Explain the principles of workplace coaching
  • Demonstrate the GROW and other techniques of effective workplace coaching
  • Describe the role of coaching in improving team and individual performance
  • Explain personal development plan for coaching for performance
