Coaching is generally agreed as an incredibly useful intervention in sustaining and developing the performance of individuals.
The participant on the training course will develop coaching skills and use the GROW and other models to practise coaching individuals.
Course Aim
Two-day practical course will enable the participant to develop context, concepts, principles and techniques of coaching at work in order to maintain and improve performance of individuals, groups and teams.
