Two-day practical course will enable the participant to develop context, concepts, principles and techniques of coaching at work in order to maintain and improve performance of individuals, groups and teams.
Coaching is generally agreed as an incredibly useful intervention in sustaining and developing the performance of individuals.
The participant on the training course will develop coaching skills and use the GROW and other models to practise coaching individuals.

The training course takes a blended learning approach and the training methods reflect all four learning styles: Reflector, Pragmatist, Theorist and Activist. There will be interactive learning exercises, presentations, individual and group-work, facilitation, and coaching practice.
