Effective Use of Grievance Process Webinar

60 minutes webinar to assist the participant utilise informal and formal workplace processes to raise a grievance and adapt to post-grievance outcomes.


The webinar combines presentation, learning exercise, interactive discussions, and questions and answers session on delivering presentations with impact.


The webinar will enable each participant to understand how to deliver presentations with impact, gain insight and techniques, identify specific actions, and develop personal strategies, tactics and actions.
