Emotional Intelligence Training

Emotional intelligence training is a result-oriented, practical and interactive training that provides participants with a unique opportunity to engage in win-win interpersonal relationships.

The training provides insight into the five emotional intelligence competencies, and gain insight to self, personal styles, uniqueness of specific interpersonal relationships, communication styles, and strategies in engaging in successful interpersonal relationships.

Emotional intelligence training is for anyone who is committed to improving insight and skills in effective interpersonal relationships in their organisation, workplace and even in non-work situations.

Course Aim

This skills training provides the participant with an awareness of emotional intelligence competencies and themes, and stretches the participant so that he or she can apply positive concepts to transform interpersonal relationships.

Course Objectives

At the end of the one-day training, the participant will be able to:

  • Identify hindrances to effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Define competencies crucial to effective and positive interpersonal relationships.
  • Understand and apply emotional intelligence competencies to specific workplace settings and scenarios.
  • Develop strategies to enable ongoing positive interpersonal relationships.
  • Explain personal action plan for continuing self-development
