Course Aim
This two-day training will enable the participant to fully understand the changing role and scope of HR, the UK legal context, themes and legislation on discrimination, recruitment and selection, performance management, dismissal, varying contract and redundancy, managing under-performance, and retention.

Training Methods
The training course takes a blended learning approach and the training methods reflect all four learning styles: Reflector, Pragmatist, Theorist and Activist. There will be interactive learning exercises, quiz, presentations, case study, individual and group-work, facilitation, and discussions.
