Identification and Analysis of Training (L&D) Needs Course
The two-day will enable the participant to understand the key factors and processes in successful identification and analysis of training (learning & development) needs at organisational, team, occupational and individual levels.
At the end of the two-day training, the participant will be able to:

Explain organisational, strategic, operational, and other factors crucial to successful training needs identification and analysis

Learning & Development (L&D), HR practitioners, managers and those keen to gain insight and develop knowledge, skills and competence in identifying and analysing training (L&D) needs.
The training course takes a blended learning approach and the training methods reflect all four learning styles: Reflector, Pragmatist, Theorist and Activist. There will be interactive learning exercises, quiz, presentations, case study, individual and group-work, facilitation, and discussions.
