Introduction to Leadership and Management Course
Course Aim
The one-day will enable the participant to differentiate between leadership and management and understand the roles and responsibilities of the manager as a leader.

At the end of the one-day training, the participant will be able to:

- Describe styles of leadership and management
- List key qualities of leaders and managers
- Explain roles and responsibilities of the manager as a leader
- Discuss themes in leadership and management
- Explain personal action plan on own continuing development.

Training Methods
The training course takes a blended learning approach and the training methods reflect all four learning styles: Reflector, Pragmatist, Theorist and Activist. There will be interactive learning exercises, quiz, presentations, case study, individual and group-work, facilitation, and discussions.
