Introduction to Organisational Development (OD) Course
This one-day course will enable the participant to fully understand the history, roots, framework, tools and practice of Organisational Development (OD).
At the end of the one-day training, the participant will be able to:
Explain the history and roots of OD
Identify context and drivers for OD
Describe the framework and tools of OD
List types of OD interventions
Describe personal development action plan

HR practitioners, managers and those keen to gain an overview and develop knowledge, skills and competence of organisational development (OD).
The training course takes a blended learning approach and the training methods reflect all four learning styles: Reflector, Pragmatist, Theorist and Activist. There will be interactive learning exercises, quiz, presentations, case study, individual and group-work, facilitation, and discussions.
