Introduction to Leadership and Management Webinar

60 minutes webinar that help the participant develop greater awareness of the role, function, and responsibilities of the manager as a leader with strategies for managing people and other resources.


The webinar combines presentation, learning exercise, interactive discussions, and questions and answers session on leadership and management. 

The webinar will enable each participant to understand how to be an effective leader and manager, gain insight and techniques, identify specific actions, and develop personal strategies, tactics and actions.
