60 minutes webinar that improves the participant’s abilities and skills to deal with and manage pressure at work by using strategies that helps the participant to monitor and maintain workplace performance.

The webinar combines presentation, learning exercise, interactive discussions, and questions and answers session on managing pressure at work.
