Pulse Interpersonal Skills Course

Pulse interpersonal skills training provides participants with a unique opportunity to engage in win-win interpersonal relationships by using PULSE methodology.

Course Aim

This skills training provides the delegate with an awareness of key emotional intelligence themes and issues, and stretches the delegate to apply positive concepts and competencies to transform and improve interpersonal relationships.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the one-day training, the participant will be able to:

  • Identify hindrances to effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Define competencies crucial to effective and positive interpersonal relationships.
  • Understand and apply PULSE methodology to specific scenarios and workplace situations.
  • Develop strategies to enable ongoing positive interpersonal relationships.

Course Content

  • The training uses PULSE methodology, which is applied to organisation, business and workplace settings both informal and formal situations.
  • In the training, participants will learn and practice the five PULSE methodology, and gain insight to self, personal styles, uniqueness of specific interpersonal relationships, communication styles, and strategies in engaging in successful interpersonal relationships.
