Recruitment and Selection Skills Training

Recruitment and management skills are important requisites for people managers. The participant will gain insight that will improve recruitment and selection practice that complies with legal employment requirements.

You will learn from case studies and learning activities, the context, legislation, principles and techniques of employing one or more people, interview candidates, and selecting one or more people.

Course Aim

This two-day practical course gives the Dos and Don'ts of recruiting and selecting one or more staff, carrying out selection interviews, and skills that will help to ensure compliant recruitment and selection practice.
