External facilitator at conferences, seminars, and other events

Using an external Facilitator enriches the team-based training, or team-building and development event. 

It provides a broader perspective on themes, issues, and actions for the team during the event.

The facilitation input covers:

  • Telephone / virtual conferencing / chat preparation and planning discussions
  • Two-hour pre-planning meeting
  • Design of one or more days team building programme
  • Pre-team event implementation and analysis of diagnostic/assessment tools if required
  • Facilitation of team event, handouts and materials
  • Post-team event evaluation report
