Course Aim
This one-day practical training gives all tiers of leaders and managers an opportunity to develop deeper knowledge, insight, skills and strategies to lead and manage organisational change in any type of sector, organisation or role.

Training Methods
The training course takes a blended learning approach and the training methods reflect all four learning styles: Reflector, Pragmatist, Theorist and Activist. There will be interactive learning exercises, quiz, presentations, individual and group-work, facilitation, and discussions.
